The standard describes fire classification for coverings. Coverings means in this connection the outer layer on a wall or the lowest layer of a horizontal division/roof construction. Testing after DS 1060.1 the covering. cf. the method specification should be placed under a 19 mm thick chip board, and it should be mounted as in practise for the covering in question. As for a covering with an underlying cavity the covering should be mounted with the same cavity as in practise, .....
