scope:
Purpose. To establish the planning and management process for interoperability testing of command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems funded, developed, or procured by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR); to invoke appropriate test policies and procedures within that process; and to assign roles and responsibilities for its implementation.
