This notice applies to all members of NAVAIR. This includes Naval Air Systems Command Headquarters (NAVAIRHQ), their Business Units (BU), and the Naval Aviation Program Executive Offices (PEOs) for: Air, Anti-Submarine Warfare, Assault, and Special Mission Programs (PEO(A)); Tactical Aircraft Programs (PEO(T)); and Strike Weapons and Unmanned Aviation (PEO(W)), and Joint Strike Fighter (JSF)).

Purpose. To establish policy and guidelines in meeting the Chief of Naval Operation (CNO) Mandated Task Force Web (TFWeb) compliance throughout the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR).
