scope:
Purpose. This ETL provides fire protection criteria for
protective aircraft shelters (PAS). PASs include hardened aircraft shelters
(HAS); semi-hardened aircraft shelters (HAS); and other structures built to
provide aircraft a degree of battle damage protection from conventional air-
and ground-delivered munitions. These criteria provide for protection in the
