This European Telecommunication Standard (ETS) specifies the Service Specific Co-ordination Function (SSCF) for support of signalling at the User-Network Interface (UNI) for the pan-European Broadband Integrated Services Digital Network (B-ISDN) as provided by European public telecommunications operators. The SSCF at UNI is a function which is part of the Signalling ATM Adaptation Layer (SAAL) at the UNI of the B-ISDN.
