This notice provides guidance for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) inspectors regarding Descend via procedures, for conveying to their respective operators, and further conveyance to pilots. Specifically, this guidance is for principal operations inspectors (POI) overseeing certificate holders under part 121 and Part 135, and for POIs overseeing fractional ownership programs under Part 91 subpart K. This guidance may also be useful to training center program managers (TCPM) overseeing Part 142 training centers.
