This notice applies to all members of NAVAIR. This includes Naval Air Systems Command Headquarters (NAVAIRHQ), their Business Units (BU), and the Naval Aviation Program Executive Offices (PEOs) for: Air, Anti-Submarine Warfare, Assault, and Special Mission Programs (PEO(A)); Tactical Aircraft Programs (PEO(T)); and Strike Weapons and Unmanned Aviation (PEO(W)). Any proposed changes, modifications or deviations to this notice require NAVAIR Chief Information Officer (CIO), (AIR-7.0A) review and concurrence.

Purpose. To establish policy and guidelines for the implementation of e.POWER document management and workflow software products throughout the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). Reference (a) is the repository for approved Information Management (IM) policies and guidelines affecting IM acquisition, development, and operation NAVAIR-wide. This notice incorporates e.POWER software products within the NAVAIR-wide IM architecture and standards framework.
