This handbook provides background information for the planning, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and management of Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) products. Interactive Multimedia Instruction products include electronic products used in the delivery of instruction or supporting the delivery of instruction. See paragraph 4.2 for a further breakdown of Interactive Multimedia Instruction products. This handbook (Part 3 of 4 Parts) also provides acquisition guidance unique to Interactive Multimedia Instruction products and supplements general acquisition guidance provided in MIL-HDBK-29612-1 (Part 1 of 4 Parts).
