scope:
Purpose. To establish policies, responsibilities, and procedures for executing a math, science, and technology education improvement program under the authority of reference (a) and in accordance with reference (b). This program shall be known as "Starbase-Atlantis" within DON. Starbase-Atlantis programs will be conducted on both Navy and Marine Corps installations.
Applicability. This instruction applies to all Active and Reserve Navy and Marine Corps commands.
