This Standard gives guidance on the safe design, installation, repair and maintenance of the following land based climbable structures: Masts, towers, turntables, antenna supporting, and related structures provided for radio, radar, television, and miscellaneous instrumentation from which a person is liable to fall more than 6 ft 6 in (2m). Information is also given on quality requirements for ancillary safety equipment.
