This specification covers a panel-type of training aid to be used to demonstrate the principles of boiler operation and show the arrangement of the main parts of an "M" type boiler, used for generating superheated steam.

This item has been designated, by the Naval Training Device Center, as Device 29CC8B for Navy procurement (see 6.2).

intended Use:

- The training aid, display panel, "M" type boiler is intended for class room instruction to familiarize Navy personnel with the basic characteristics and construction of an "M" type boiler.
