Applicability
This document applies to R&M activities during the Procurement and In-service phases of NATO Equipment programes. It should be used by all Project Managers and In-service Equipment Managers, including the various NATO Production and Lgoistics Organisations, who are responsible for R&M. The activities involved in the procurement of Reliable and Maintainable defence materiel are covered elsewhere in the ARMP series.
