In cases referred to it for review pursuant to Article 66, the Court may also only with respect to the findings and sentence as approved by the convening authority. In determining an appeal under Article 62, the Court may act only with respect to matters of law. The Court may, in addition, review such other matters and take such other action as it determines to be proper under substantive law.
Applicability. This regulation applies to The Judge Advocates General of the Department of the Air Force, the Army, and the Navy and the General Counsel of the Department of Transportation. The effective date of these rules is 1 March 1985.
