This Military Detailed Specification covers the requirements for chrome tanned sheepskin.
The leather will be in the following types, classes, and subclasses.
Type A - Hair sheep Type B - Domestic Class 1 - Mildew resistant treated Class 2 - Not mildew resistant treated Subclass a. - Perspiration resistant treated Subclass b. - Not perspiration resistant treated
