PURPOSE AND SCOPE. This document provides snow and wind loads plus frost penetration data to be used in the design and construction of buildings and other structures for the Army. The snow and wind loadings specified herein are minimums; the designer should determine if special loadings must be considered.
APPLICABILITY. These instructions are applicable to all elements responsible for the design of military construction.
