The Chief of Naval Personnel (CHNAVPERS) is responsible for ensuring compliance with the DON INFOSEC Program identified in references (d) and (e). The procedures and principles presented in these guidelines apply to all DCNO(M&P) (N1), BUPERS military and civilian employees (including government contractors) who have access to the BUPERS LAN/Office Area Networks (OANs).
