Applicability.
This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States (ARNGUS) including periods when operating in an Army National Guard (ARNG) capacity, and the U.S. Army Reserve, unless otherwise stated. It includes provisions for the logistics assistance support to and from other Department of Defense service elements and U.S. Government agencies.
