scope:
This Standard defines the requirements of ducks and canvasses made from cotton and used in the manufacture of items for the Services and some Public Authorities.
Finished cloth particulars, colour fastness ratings, and water repellency requirements are defined in Table I (Parts A, B and C) including performance limits required of the cloth when tested by the methods prescribed in this Standard.
