scope:
Purpose.
To provide revised regulations for the establishment and maintenance of the Active Duty List (ADL) and Reserve Active Status List (RASL) of the Navy under references (a) and (b).
Applicability.
This instruction applies to Navy commissioned officers on active duty who are eligible for placement on the ADL and Navy Reserve officers eligible for placement on the RASL.
