scope:
PURPOSE. a. This order provides information on the International Cooperative Supplier Surveillance Program (ICSSP), and the procedures used by participating civil aviation authorities (CAA), including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in carrying out their respective responsibilities under the program.
b. This order is intended to address the subject specified. The use of other FAA directive and guidance materials in conjunction with this order is necessary.
