This specification covers braided rayon cord (see 6.1).
The cord shall be of the following types as specified (see 6.2):
Type I - 400 pounds minimum breaking strength. Type II - 1000 pounds minimum breaking strength. Type III - 1500 pounds minimum breaking strength.
intended Use:
The cord is intended for use as suspension lines of cargo parachutes and in other aerial delivery applications.
