scope:

General.-

This Specification contains the general requireprents for:

(a) Flutter, divergence, and vibration (including c m &ort) oharacteristics which shall be provided i n airplanes.

(b) Certain flutter, divergence, anil vibration detail design requirements ar,d criteria which shall be complied with in the design. and construction of airplanes.

(c) Analyses and flight and ground teqts which are required t o be performed to cletermine the flutter, divergen-, aad vibmtion characteristics of airplanes.

(d) Analytical and experimental data which shall be SulmitiXd to the procuring activity showing oormpliance with (a), (b), and (c) above.
