scope:
This INTERIM Defence Standard specifies requirements for a petroleum fuel for use in field cookers such as Optimus 80, cooking outfits field Nos 2,4 and 6 or similar outfits, and for use with certain field water heaters.
It is not to be used in space heaters designed for use with kerosine (paraffin).
CAUTION:
This fuel is highly flammable and must be handled with extreme care under the same conditions as gasoline (petrol).
