This specification covers general requirement's common to all types of small arms ammunition and forms a part of the detail specification when specified. Should any conflict exist between the contract, applicable drawings, and applicable specifications, the order of precedence shall be as follows:
(a) Contract.
(b) Drawings.
(c) Detail specification for the item being.
(d) This specification (MUTA-625A).
(e) Detail specification for material or
(f) General specification pertaining to procured. operations. classes of materials.
