scope:
Purpose. This regulation provides human resources policy guidance, procedures, and criteria for the position management and classification program in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
Applicability. This regulation is applicable to all HQUSACE elements, major subordinate commands (MSC), districts, laboratories, centers, and field operating activities (FOA).
