This bulletin lists non-Government specifications and standards approved as indicated for use in new design of structure, airframe, and related fluid systems on aerospace vehicles.

The specifications and standards listed in this bulletin are in the category of "special lists" as provided for in MIL-STD-970.

The approval of the non-Government documents is subject to the limitations listed for each. The approval noted in 1.1 does not apply to the use of the listed documents for electrical, electronic, power plant, instrument, survival, or ground support systems, of aerospace vehicles.

This bulletin approves industry documents for use in new design only, in accordance with the scope as specified herein. It is not the purpose to list documents for only logistic or acquisition purposes.
