This European Standard specifies discharge, emergency procedures and handling operations for rail tankers used for the transport of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). This European Standard applies to operations where LPG is off-loaded from rail tankers into LPG fixed storage facilities. This European Standard does not apply to "tank containers" and "batteries of receptacles".
