By references (a) and (b), Commander, Naval Reserve Force (COMNAVRESFOR) is assigned as the CAC/FHS Program Coordinator for the following states: Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and Wisconsin.
Purpose. To issue requirements for the CAC/FHS program within the Midwest Zone using references (a) through (g). Enclosure (1) provides guidance concerning the Casualty Assistance Calls Program (CACP) while enclosure (2) provides guidance concerning FHS program. This instruction has been completely revised and should be read in its entirety.
