PURPOSE
This Instruction establishes the Utilities Coordination Working Group. The Working Group functions to ensure reliable operation of power and air conditioning for the Central Flight Control and Range Operations Laboratory (Building 3) and the Spacecraft Operations Facility (Building 14) by coordinating user requirements and utilities operations, by scheduling utilities maintenance and modification downtime, and by conducting simulations and tests to verify system performance and to train personnel.
APPLICABILITY
This Instruction is applicable to those activities and operations within, or directly related to, the Building 3/14 complex.
