This System Specification establishes the performance, design, development, and test requirements for the Microwave Landing System (MLS) Ground System. The MLS Ground System includes azimuth equipment; elevation equipment; Precision Distance Measuring Equipment (DME/P); antennas; structures to house the azimuth, elevation and DME/P equipment; Remote Control and Status Unit (RCSU) and Remote Status Unit (RSU). This specification also provides requirements for Special Test Equipment.
