scope:
PURPOSE.
This order describes the processes by which the Air Traffic Safety Oversight Service (AOV) will resolve safety compliance issues involving the Air Traffic Organization (ATO) except for those functions already regulated by the Flight Standards Service. Nothing in this order prevents AOV from deviating from these processes if data indicates a safety issue requires urgent resolution.
