PURPOSE
This procedure defines the formal process for technical reviews of Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) products.
APPLICABILITY
This procedure applies to the development of all
Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) products and processes covered by the scope
of the GSFC Quality Management System. A Systems Review evaluates the
technical status of the Project that is responsible for product development,
while the Peer Review evaluates the technical status of a product's design
elements. Systems Review Plans are not required for products at a level lower
than Project or deliverable Subsystem/Instrument
