This specification covers one type of elbow telescope which provides eight power magnification and an eight degree field of view. A sliding reticle with a range marker line acts as a cursor for a combined multiple-ballistic data and range pattern. This cursor establishes the elevation setting for a particular ammunition and range. The pattern on each reticle is radioactively illuminated.
