Foreword

This final final draft European Telecommunication Standard (ETS) has been produced by the Network Aspects (NA) Technical Committee of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), and is now submitted for the Voting phase of the ETSI standards approval procedure.

NOTE: This ETS has been transformed into an endorsement of ITU-T Recommendation I.751 (1999) as a result of the comments received during the Public Enquiry phase of the ETSI standards approval procedure. The technical content of this ETS was contributed to, and incorporated into, ITU-T Recommendation I.751 (1999).
