scope:
This specification requires the establishment of a quality control system by the contractor to assure that supplies or services meet the quality standards established by the contract. This system, including procedures, is subject to surveillance by the Government representative. The procedures shall be designed by the contractor. The contractor's procedures used to implement the requirements of this specification shall be subject to the disapproval of the Government representative.
