ADR Programs will apply to all managers, supervisors, and nonbargaining unit employees. Bargaining unit employees are subject to local bargaining agreements or memorandums of agreement/understanding. Ensure all bargaining obligations are fulfilled before implementing any ADR process. Contact appropriate HROs and servicing Employee Relations Specialists for guidance. ADR will NOT be used to resolve cases of sexual assault, other criminal activity, or any action prohibited by law or regulation.
