PURPOSE. The purpose of this directive is to inform Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) personnel of requirements for completing trip reports for their foreign travel.
APPLICABILITY. This directive applies to all GSFC Civil Service employees and contractor employees only if they are traveling on invitational NASA travel orders.
