This specification covers multi-contact, rectangular polarized shell, miniature type electrical and electronic rack and panel connectors (plug and receptacles).
Connectors shall be of the following types, classes, and styles, as specified (see 6.2).
Type P - Plug.
Type J - Receptacle.
Type JS - Receptacle, pressurized type.
Class F - Female, inserts containing socket contacts.
Class M - Male, inserts containing pin contacts.
