Description.
Emulsifier for solvent cleaner consists of one or more biodegradable synthetic surfactants and may contain a proportion of a hydrocarbon oil, if necessary, to increase mobility and facilitate dispersion in kerosine. For the removal of oily deposits from metal and concrete, it is mixed with up to 19 volumes of kerosine, applied to the soiled surface and finally rinsed off with water.
