This engineering specification sets forth the requirements for design, fabrication, factory testing, installation and field validation of a solid state nonrotary power conditioning system (PCS) which will be installed and operated in the Federal Aviation Administration radar microwave link facilities. The PCS shall supply continuous power of precise quality to the critical load.
