scope:

This European Prestandard specifies the emission and immunity requirements for all types of rolling stock. It covers traction stock and trainsets as well as independent hauled stock (for individual definitions see clause 3). The frequency range considered is from DC to 400 GHz. At present, testing is not defined for frequencies above 1 GHz. The limits in this prestandard do not apply to intentional communication signals (radio communications, track/vehicle transmissions,...).
