This policy applies to all military personnel and civilian employees within NAVSEA Headquarters (HQ), affiliated Program Executive Offices (PEOs), and NAVSEA Field Activities.
Purpose. To emphasize the policy for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) regarding the proper use of authorized Government charge card accounts, including the Government purchase card and the travel card, and the consequences for non-compliance with the card program policies as well as misuse, abuse, and/or fraudulent use of such cards.
