IEEE 1232.1
Trial Use - Standard for Artificial Intelligence Exchange and Service Tie to All Test Environments (AI-ESTATE): Data and Knowledge Specification
| Organization: | IEEE |
| Publication Date: | 20 March 1997 |
| Status: | active |
| Page Count: | 114 |
scope:
This standard defines the form of the data and knowledge needed to support AI-ESTATE. The constructs defined in the body of this standard are available for use by the normative annexes of this standard of AIESTATE, which provide formal data models oriented towards specific approaches to diagnostic reasoning. The constructs defined here are applicable to the domain of equipment test and diagnosis, independent of the reasoning approach.
Purpose
IEEE Std 1232.1-1997 defines information models for knowledge
bases that are to be used in the context of test and diagnosis, and
from these models, to derive a data interchange format. This
standard provides the formal specification of the data and
knowledge necessary to perform system test and diagnosis and
insures the portability of data and knowledge in
AI-ESTATE-conformant
