Reciprocal collaboration for Quality Assurance of Defence materiels and services has been established between the Swiss Confederation and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland by means of a Memorandum of Understanding dated 11 March 1988 and signed by the Director General of Defence Quality Assurance for the UK and by the Armament Chief of Switzerland. The Memorandum of Understanding is reproduced at annex A.
