MSQH describes a set of quality system elements by which the development and maintenance of computer software may be controlled. MSQH builds on the quality system framework put forth in ISO 9001 and ISO 9000-3 International Standards. The MSQH source book enumerates quality system elements that show the capability of a supplier to design, supply and maintain software with specified quality in a two-party contractual situation.
