PREFACE
The standards set forth herein apply to the sixth edition of the Standard for Automatic Valves for Gas Appliances, ANSI Z21.21-1974, and Addenda thereto, Z21.21a-1977, and supersede corresponding standards therein. Following their preparation by the supervising subcommittee, they were accepted by American National Standards Committee Z21 and subsequently approved as American National Standards by the American National Standards Institute, Inc.
