scope:

Purpose.

To establish a process enabling review of total resource requirements and funding status on a regularly scheduled, periodic basis to ensure senior officer advisory input and recommend actions to the Chief, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED). To establish the Resource Requirements Review Board (R3B) to ensure that BUMED issues receive the benefit of integrated development; appropriate review and modification; and evaluation and prioritization by an executive level board of directors before presentation to Chief, BUMED.
