Applicability. This AFI applies to all MAJCOMs (and subordinate levels), Direct Reporting Units (DRUs), Field Operating Agencies (FOAs), logistic/product centers, flight manual managers (FMMs), commanders and flight crewmembers who manage, prepare, review, approve, distribute or use flight manuals. For the purpose of this instruction, the ANG functions similar to a MAJCOM.
