This standard is a revision of AIEE Standard 32, 1947, to which many changes and additions have been made.

This standard was developed by the Neutral Grounding Subcommittee of the Surge Protective Devices Committee of the IEEE Power Engineering Society. The membership of the Sub-committee is as follows:

Scope
