This Guidance applies to London Underground employees.
Purpose
Our primary goal is to raise the personal performance of our employees by supporting and assisting them in a constructive and collaborative environment.
The skills supporting positive and constructive employee performance management are:
• giving continuous, constructive feedback, recognising good performance
• discussing any required performance improvements promptly, without waiting for any formal P&D conversations;
